LIVES WERE SAVED after quick-thinking lorry drivers alerted motorway users to an elderly motorist heading the wrong way down the M6. The Central Motorway Police Group (CMPG) said hauliers on the northbound M6 in Warwickshire had "shadowed" the wrong-way driver, whose car was travelling north on the southbound carriageway. We have the first photos of the production version of the new Mercedes CLA due to debut at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. The photos are quite stylised, but they do look like the real deal.
